Each art print is made from a high quality image of the original illustration. They are printed in the Workshop with a specialized printer, fine archival pigment ink is used, on quality art paper: Hahnemühle (Bamboo and cotton).

Delivery times are 3 to 6 working days in France. Packages leave the Workshop within 48 hours to 72 hours. You will therefore receive your package between 5 to 10 days maximum. However, we are a small team and in rare cases delays may be extended, so we thank you very much for your patience and support.

It will be sent to you according to the size and type of Work:

- Small/medium size: cardboard envelope.

- Large: rolled in a mailing tube.

- Paintings: reinforced cardboard boxes (for professionals or on request possibility of dismantling frames and canvases in shipping tubes).

The Paintings are now ready to hang on the wall.

As for the Illustrations and Art prints, they are sent to you on paper in the chosen Format and it is up to you to frame them yourself. However, do not hesitate to make special requests for framing, the artist will try to provide you with special services. (These services require payment).

Unfortunately, it happens that you want to return your order, that the Work is damaged or that you no longer wish to acquire it, the artist undertakes to reimburse you. However, you should return your order to us and the shipping costs will be your responsibility.
